In order to adapt to the current epidemic prevention situation, the conference was held online and offline. Professor Luo Xubiao, the project leader, introduced the overall implementation plan of the project, and the project leaders introduced the implementation plan of the project respectively. The expert group reviewed, questioned and discussed the implementation plan in detail, fully affirmed the preliminary preparation work of the project team, unanimously agreed to implement the plan and put forward constructive guidance and requirements. The project team then held a special meeting to implement and arrange the opinions and suggestions put forward by the expert group one by one, and made arrangements on how to effectively fulfill the responsibilities, strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity, implement the project supporting funds, standardize the use of project funds, and complete the project objectives on schedule.

The power battery of new energy vehicles is ushering in the tide of retirement. The efficient and clean recycling of retired power battery is not only the realistic guarantee of the safe supply of resources, but also the strategic demand of the construction of ecological civilization. This project aims to solve the scientific problems and key common technical problems of the recovery of retired lithium electric materials through industry-university-research-use cooperation, develop new, reliable, efficient and clean recovery and utilization technologies, form a complete set of key technologies and equipment and build a technology integration demonstration project. It is of great significance to promote the solution of the problems existing in the comprehensive utilization industry of retired power batteries in China, such as dissystem, backward technology and equipment level, low added value of recycled products and serious secondary pollution, and realize the development of clean and recycling utilization of power lithium electric materials from "follow and run" to "run and lead".
