Legal Officer/Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

1. Bachelor degree in law or above, lawyer practice license, under 45 years old;


2. Familiar with civil law, company law, commercial law, contract law and other legal knowledge, understand national and industry related policies, good professional ethics;


3. Foresight, able to think ahead of work, have a good sense of risk control, rigorous and serious, good psychological quality;


4. Excellent negotiation skills, keen observation and quick reaction ability;


5. Good legal writing skills, good team work spirit and communication and coordination skills;


At least 3 years legal working experience or litigation experience


Job requirements:

1. Draft and review contracts, official letters and other legal documents and documents as required;


2. Participate in the negotiation of important projects, follow up the progress of important projects, warn and prevent the possible legal risks in the project;


3. Represented the company in settling legal disputes and lawsuits;


4. Establish risk prevention mechanism, establish and maintain company management system;


5. Legal consulting and training;


6. Participate in other daily legal affairs of the company;


7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
